This is how it works: when your doctor requests an order, have your doctor fax it to us and once we receive it, we call you to set up a home visit appointment. Payments are accepted at the time of service and usually range from $35 to $45. We take cash, check, and credit card. Once the tests are performed, we send it to the lab of your choice and that lab will then charge your insurance. The doctor will respond to the results within 24 to 48 hours.
